Everything a film is made of — the film format, the runtime, the renderer, the music engine, the scene packages and the skills — is on GitHub under Apache 2.0. Point Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client at it and render MP4s on your own machine. No account needed.

How credits work.
One rate
$1 buys 500 credits on every plan, monthly or annual, and in credit packs.
Charged by use
A film costs what it used — no minimum. If nothing ran, nothing is charged, and failures on our side are refunded.
Monthly refresh
Credits arrive every month, on annual plans too. Unused ones stay for one more month.
Yours when you leave
Cancel anytime. The credits you hold stay usable, and your films stay yours.

What do credits pay for?
The agent's work on your film and what it makes along the way: narration, music, sound, images and video. You're charged for the usage that actually happened. Editing, exporting and sharing don't use credits.
Which model should I use?
Flash is the fastest and cheapest, and it's on the free plan: it reads your documents and data, makes images, and picks music and sound from the library. Pro writes richer stories and adds video clips, music and sound made for the film. Ultra runs the strongest models behind every step, with cinematic narration and the deepest polish on long films.
Do the Mac app and coding agents need their own plan?
No. They use the same account and the same credits. When Claude Code or Codex does the writing, that runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan; the narration, music, images and video AnimSpark makes for it are paid in credits.
Is there a watermark on the free plan?
No — not on any plan, and no branded ending either. Exports render on your own computer, up to 4K, and don't use credits.
What if I run out of credits?
Your films stay yours and stay editable. Move up a step, wait for next month's credits, or buy a credit pack — from $5, and pack credits never expire.
How does annual billing work?
It's the same plan for up to 20% less, paid for the year upfront. Credits still arrive monthly, exactly as on a monthly plan.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, and your credits aren't affected.
What's the difference between open source and AnimSpark?
The open-source engine is what films are made of, and it's free: your own coding agent writes the film, and you render it on your machine. AnimSpark adds its own agent, the editor — canvas, inspector, timeline — the Mac app, sharing, and voice, music, images and video in one balance.
Do you use my films to train AI?
No. Your prompts, uploads and films are yours, and they're never used to train models — ours or anyone's. See the Privacy Policy.

Yes, in the cases our Refund Policy describes — for example a renewal you haven't used yet. Write to [email protected].
